All materials are protected against corrosion with chrome or special coatings.
Induction has been applied to the inner square surfaces against impacts. We have different models in 25×25, 36×36, 40×40, 50X50 sizes. The 25×25 lock is designed for safe use. Even if the operator forgets to activate the locking system, it automatically locks itself on the first turn.
Mechanical parts are designed to carry 1500 kg – 2000 kg. All materials are coated with chrome and phosphate materials to prevent rust and corrosion. All kinds of spare parts are available and can be easily changed. The metal surfaces are hardened to 40 – 55 hrc against impacts so that they do not break due to excessive hardness. Special material was used in material selection.
